OUR PROJECTS
Ongoing Projects
Giving communities the push they require, a startup boost, to launch them off the launchpad into the future they envision.
Shehecheyanu-FSP:
The primary focus of the Shehecheyanu Food Support Program revolves around the production of abundant food, with an emphasis on poultry, sheep, and fish as sources of protein. Additionally, the program aims to generate income through the commercial sale of eggs and create job prospects for individuals.
Crop Production:
Overall target of the program is to ensure yearly food cultivation and production to tackle food insecurity as much as we can. To practically boost sustainability of the Shehecheyanu Food Support Program, yearly harvest are allocated at certain percentage for participating Jewish families, weekly Shabbat and Festivals, portion sold in the market, and strategic reserve.
Poultry Facility:
We are riding on the strength of a comprehensive business plan with our goals objectively outlined, flexible strategies, attainable financial projections, and smart operational procedures. Understanding the market dynamics, with focus on consumer availability and preferences, as well as the pricing trends, we can create a profitable pathway for our Jewish community through chicken and egg production.
Irrigation Zimbabwe
Establishment of a self-sufficient and prosperous town with adequate food production and job opportunities, driven by a Jewish population that is dedicated to hard work and powered by solar energy
If we want to see results in food production and the breeding of animals for protein, we need to confront the challenges and difficulties posed by drought head-on if we are going to be able to overcome the current situation in Zimbabwe.
Handling Draught
Five irrigation projects in five Zimbabwe villages will provide instant leverage in the face of impending draught. Finding water, making it available when needed, and implementing water storage and minimizing waste are efficient irrigation techniques, and sustainable farming practices.
Crop Production
Utilizing the available farmland space, we are targeting mass food production for Jewish families living within our Jewish communities. Labour for these agricultural projects will be sourced directly from the community, which means that individuals and families who participated will be rewarded from the harvest at the end of every farming circle.
